Official groundbreaking ceremony completed. Site preparation and excavation work has begun for the foundation.

Continuing vertical construction. All safety protocols are being followed. Expected to reach 10th floor by end of next month.
Currently in the plastering phase across multiple floors. Interior finishing work has begun on lower floors while upper floors continue structural work.
Construction has progressed to the 6th floor. Structural work is on schedule with slab pouring completed. Foundation and lower floors are solid.
